Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to initiate a return for a full refund. Return items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition

Please contact customer service for a return authorization.

  • A restocking fee may apply to special order items that are being returned or cancelled. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return products ordered in error.

Discounted items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

Discrepancies or Damaged items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact our Customer Service Department if there are any discrepancies or damage claims with your shipment.  This must be done within 48 hours upon receipt. Delays of more than 48 hours may result in carriers refusing to pay claims.


Refund may take up to 5 business days to process once the merchandise has reached our warehouse. Once your return is processed a refund will be issued using the originating method of payment and you will receive a refund confirmation email.
