The Seven Sacred Animals. Set of 7. All felt story characters in this exquisite set are hand crafted one at a time. Each original design includes layered felt pieces with detailed stitching to enhance every shape. In addition, these pieces have added backing to support strength & durability. Pieces range in size from 4”w x 5”h to 6.5”w x 7”h. This is a unique, one-of-a-kind set. (felt board not included)About the Artist-Sibylle Trimble. Haida Nation’s art has been my inspiration because of it’s prominence in First Nations culture in British Columbia. I believe that for multi-culturism to truly work it is important to introduce young children to different culture’s art forms and stories. It is my hope that my characters will help bring many stories alive to children from all cultures.
